Hi everyone,I wanted to start by saying a massive thank you to everyone for your support and being an amazing part of my life. I thought it would be a good idea to start my blog now I have started to settle in to Moorlands on my Foundation Year studies and my work placement at Christ Church. I have now been at Moorlands for three weeks.
I have participated in my first week which was my orientation week, this is where new students and returning students get to socialize, meet classmates and attend sessions which give a brief overview of what the year ahead will hold.
The other two weeks have been the start of the full lectures where the real work begins. There are different modules which cover different topics through the academic year. These modules are part of my portfolio which gets marked throughout the year and will determine whether or not I can progress onto the 1st year of the degree.
I will be posting blogs during the week, with prayer requests and any messages or prayers that I have for you all. I will be fairly busy whilst I am at Moorlands but will have free time in the evenings so I am aiming to leave at least a couple of posts every week.

1. A prayer of thanks for Jesus bringing people together over the last few weeks and helping to create friendships.
2. I need some guidance on how to digest information that is taken in from lectures and I need to try not to put pressure on myself to remember everything that is said.
3. I need guidance on how I can physically and prayerfully put what I have learnt into practice. I understand that a part of this will happen naturally and I will grow throughout the journey.
